Bring an agent you rate

They join like anyone else — $99/mo, 90/10 to the $9,995 cap. Nothing costs them extra. You’re on record as their referrer.

Step 2

They close, you collect

Every time a split of theirs collects, 50% of it is paid to you — up to $5,000 per agent per membership year.

Step 3

Their people pay you too

When your agents bring agents, you earn on those closings as well — five levels deep, automatically. We track the whole thing.

How can we pay triple eXp’s share? Because rev share comes out of our 10% — and software keeps our costs low enough to give most of it away. The big brokerages run on thin margins from reselling your splits; they can’t match this without breaking their own math. Caps are per agent, per membership year. “Up to” because payouts scale with what your network actually closes; if they close nothing, rev share is $0.
